[Dixielandjazz] I'm shocked...Tommy Loy

I am really shocked to hear of Tommy Loy's death.  I talked with him last 
week and he said that he was on morphine but it didn't sound as though his 
demise was imminent.  I tried to call him tuesday but got no answer.  In 
fact, I have his card in my pocket and was going to call him today.

A great trumpet man, great guy and a great friend.  If there was any way that 
I could do it, I would be there to play something at his funeral.
