Dear Dale,
I am an incurable record collector with a love for Ben Bernie.
The only sides on CD (that I am aware of) are from 28 July 1928. All 4 titles,
including alternates of two, are on a double CD featuring 'Jack Pettis' on Kings
Cross Music KCM005/006. 
Kings Cross Music are (were) at 311 Grays Inn Road, London, WCIX 8PX.
DJMLer Jazz Jerry may be able to help with a copy.
"He's The Last Word" (23 Dec 1926) is on ASV CD AJA 5002 (Shake That Thing) 
I have Ben Bernie sides on LP (MCA Coral 056, 057 and Sunbeam MFC 11 and 310)and
he is well overdue for a comprehensive reissue series on CD. 
Nothing by Paul Ash on CD, and very rare on LP.
