FW: [Dixielandjazz] Who to leave my recordings to?

Just for the record, I know that Evan Christopher has been listening to
recording from there and from the Bill Russell collection.  We heard him
speak at a lecture during the Louis Armstrong Festival (New Orleans in
August and he played some examples of early recordings of Dodds, Simeon,
Bechet, etc. and commented on each style  Very interesting.

    The Raeburn jazz archive at Tulane University sounds like a good
idea,
but I don't know any local musicians who have ever been there to check
out a
record...I've never been there myself.
