Jim,

I can't really answer the other questions but the Billy Banks Rhythmakers 
sides from 1932 are currently available on Classics 969 and have been since 
1997. The four Waller sides you refer to are on the same CD. Naturally enough 
this is available from me at a very reasonable price!
