I couldn't find the lyrics on any of the tune sites/files I have, but there are
vocals (chorus only) on:
Jan Garber & His Orch. The Old Masters CD MB119. Recorded 14 Feb 1928.
Jimmie Lunceford & His Orch. Classics CD 505. Recorded 17 Dec 1934 
I can transcribe them for you, but not at the moment, as I am flat out!
Ask again in a day or so if you do not have any luck elsewhere.
