As I read further, I saw Bill's remarks. We use this as an intro (slow
tempo) for Jelly Roll Morton's "Good Old New York" and use it as an in tempo
tag to end the tune.
Also, how can there be two "New York, New York". Bernstein did the music and
Comden and Green the lyrics where "the Bronx is up and the Battery's down."?
