Did anybody mention Picou's solo on High Society?  This is perhaps the
most widely known solo in all of OKOM, if not all of Jazz. Even Charlie
Parker quotes from it on Ko Ko. As a piccolo transcription by Picou, it
may not be his originality, but it surely is a beauty and much quoted by
all OKOM reed players and some brass players.

Agree wholeheartedly that "Best" like "Jazz" is in the ear of the
individual listener.
