Thanks for your offer. I'm going to prowl around a bit more in
Portland, OR, shops before taking you up on it. I just finished
the Dupuis biography of Berigan written 10 years ago. A fascinating
tale of a self-destructive super talent. I wore out Berigan's I Can't
Get Started when I was in school many years ago.
