Orchestra for a Late Night programme celebrating the irresistible rhythms
and roof-lifting riffs of the Golden Age of Swing - a time when the
ballrooms
of the world were ruled by the classic big-band sounds of Count Basie,
Chick Webb, Jimmie Lunceford and Duke Ellington.
