Monte Mountjoy told me he was taller before he was with the Firehouse 5.
Blamed it in the heavy hat
Speaking of trumpeter Stover. He tried to cash in on the fame of the
Firehouse 5 by outfitting his band at one time in red flannel shirts and
suspenders and calling the band "Smoky Stover and his Fireman".
