Hi Jim...
The names (clarinet) you mentioned brought back memories of players I
had forgotten. I played with Tony Costa, and Boojie Centobie back in the
forties. Also did a few weeks with the Basin St 6 while their bass player
and leader (Bunny Franks) was sick with the mumps.
As you probably remember, the Basin St 6 had Pete Fountain and George
Girard in the front line.
