Jazz people tend to have strong views on wider, political, issues. They have
the right to air those views. And to air them on this list, within reason;
obviously, this shouldn't become a political forum. I'd much rather be
sectarian about Turk Murphy and West Coast revivalism than about Dubbya or New
Labour- though I'm quite willing to enter a dispute about any of them.

As Chairman Mao said, "Let a thousand flowers blossom". And as Mezz Mezzrow
said  "yeah, man!".
