The composers are (according to the notes on my Eddie Condon 1961 LP version
with Lil Armstrong and Blossom Seeley on vocals): "Perkins - Brennan". Can't
elucidate beyond that, except to note that Pee Wee Russell's 1944 "Hot Four"
(with Jess Stacy, Sid Weiss and George Wettling) version of the same tune lists
the composers as "Wendling, Leslie, Kalmar): so you pays your money and takes
your choice.
