Where can you find a transcription of the written notes for this piano roll? 
Anyone know? Every publisher I've asked gives me the old, "it depends on what 
you think is original," story. JP playing it on piano roll is as original as 
one can get, but I've never heard about a note for note transcription of the 
piano roll. Anyone know about it?
