[Dixielandjazz] Which came first?

Add Monongahela Sal to the list below. Anyone else
familiar with this gem?

  My guess is Red River Valley came before Walk
Thru...., which I am guessing is not an old, old
spiritual but comes from the 40s, 50s New Orleans
revival period of George lewis, et al. Not sure,
though. Waiting for someone who is sure to answer.
I just wanted to mention the eleven verse epic,
Monongahela Sal.
