[Dixielandjazz] Willis Conover

As I use it, "polite snip" means I did not quote Al Levy's post completely,
but left some of it out. However, in my judgement what I left out did not
affect what I commented about. In otherwords, abbreviated for brevity, but
not taken out of context.
