   Use the copy and paste feature.  HIghligh what you want to send then go to 
'Edit'  click on Copy.  Then exit and go to new email-write.  put the address 
of where you want to send it.  write in a subject heading. Put your cursor 
main box  then go to edit again and click on Paste.  the                      
                                                                         
stuff that you copied you will be in your message boz  You write in a message 
or edit anything out.  Then send and your message will arrive without all the 
baggage.
