In certain parts of the US, referring to "facilities" is another term in use
for what most of us would just ask..."where's the john?"
But then I recall a late friend, John Costelloe, Ozian trombonist, who
explained that when he said he was "pissed" he meant overserved rather than
angry.
Ah, the joy of regional/national differences -- they are what make life
interesting.
