[Dixielandjazz] Plain Text -- Please!!

While I enjoy and appreciate the comments of listmates Jim Beebe and
Tito Martino I wish someone who knows them would try to help them
understand about plain text vs HTML or whatever.  Tito's message of Aug
9 subject: "Condon's Lessons" took one screen for his message then took
29 screenfulls for the HTML coding.  Since I am in the digest mode, it's
not a matter of going to the next message, I have to scroll down through
all this stuff.

I am mainly a lurker, and hope I have it right myself.  I'm looking at
the composition header and it says plain text only.
